  • Ruby’s Diner Nights 2007-2008 School Year – Ruby’s will donate 20% to Rancho Vista if you come in and eat on these nights. Ruby’s Diner Nights are again to be held on the first Thursday of each month, beginning in September (December 6, January 3, February 7, March 6, April 3, May 1 and June 5).
